Shane Shircliff (B. Comm., M.B.A.) brings more than two decades of senior executive leadership and corporate governance experience across both public and private enterprises. He currently serves on numerous corporate boards spanning a variety of sectors, including aviation, logistics, natural resources, retail and hospitality, with a focus on Indigenous economic development. Shane’s professional background is broad and diverse, with extensive experience in finance, business development, acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. He has developed deep expertise in negotiation, transaction structuring, due diligence and the successful execution of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across multiple industries. Throughout his career, Shane has worked extensively with First Nations and their economic development organizations, providing strategic guidance on long-term growth planning, partnership development, complex negotiations, governance and investment opportunities.
