We have become aware that third-party companies are advertising online, falsely claiming to sell tickets on our behalf. These sites have no affiliation with Rise Air. Unfortunately, some customers have been charged additional hidden fees that can double the cost of their flights. There have also been reports of individuals providing their credit card information without receiving a confirmed booking, leaving them without flights.
We urge you to share this information with your community to prevent others from falling victim to these fraudulent and unethical practices.
Rise Air is actively working with Google to have these unauthorized companies removed from listings. If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, where your credit card was charged by one of these companies, but no flight was booked, please contact your local authorities and your credit card provider immediately. The companies might claim that they are Rise Air, working on behalf of Rise Air or just call themselves 'reservations'.
