About Us

Who We Are

With roots going back more than 70 years, Rise Air moves people and goods across
Saskatchewan. Our aircraft provide an essential link between north and south – and connect
our province to the world. As Saskatchewan’s largest regional airline, Rise Air is proud to be
100% Indigenous owned. Our services are designed by the communities, for the communities.
We partner with Snowbird Aviation Services – owned by First Nations and employees – who
provide us with ticketing, counter and ground support services across Saskatchewan.

Why We Fly

Rise Air’s mission is to enrich the lives of people living, working and investing in our
communities by providing the safe and reliable connections they need.

Committed to Progress

Rise Air’s success depends on the success of our ownership group. We provide critical
transportation links to enable the long-term economic development of the 16 northern
Saskatchewan Dene and Cree communities that have ownership in Athabasca Basin
Development and Prince Albert Development Corporation.
At Rise Air, it’s in our nature to constantly strive to be more responsive, enhance safety and
improve our service. If we do it well, we will continue to be a sustainable operation that grows
alongside Saskatchewan communities and businesses.
